Esperanza Health Centers, a long-time UnidosUS affiliate, has been a pillar of Chicago’s Latino community for over 20 years, providing high-quality healthcare to underserved populations. In 2023, RDF made a historic $22 million investment to expand their Brighton Park campus, allowing Esperanza to serve over 20,000 patients annually and further enhance its role as a community hub. This investment marked the launch of RDF's Comunidad Sana Fund, aimed at supporting health centers across the nation to advance health outcomes.
