Créditos fiscales para nuevos mercados (NMTC)

A través del programa federal de crédito tributario para nuevos mercados (NMTC), ayudamos a las organizaciones a acceder a fondos para proyectos a gran escala en áreas desatendidas. El NMTC trabaja ofreciendo incentivos fiscales a los inversores privados y alentándolos a financiar proyectos como escuelas, centros de salud y centros comunitarios, iniciativas que crean empleos, mejoran los servicios e impulsan el crecimiento económico a largo plazo en las comunidades que más lo necesitan.
